Travis Sterling PT, OCS, CSCS has developed Sterling Centre of Sports Performance, LLC to offer a one stop shop for anything related to sports performance, sports nutrition and Strength & Conditioning.
While an athlete in high school and college, Travis discovered the power of correctly utilizing Strength & Conditioning training to improve sports performance. At the same time Travis saw performance fads come and go. Some fads just cost the athletes and parents money, others had health consequences that will follow them forever.
Travis has designed Sterling Performance to use these criteria for everything the company offers. Science Based Sports Performance; that is if ask one of the staff why they do something they will offer a science based answer. This philosophy protects the athlete and also assures the most performance gains when working with Sterling.
