PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY

Performance nutrition is a very important and often overlooked component to the development of an athlete.  Our goal is to educate the athletes we work with on how to implement performance nutrition into their lives.  We use only scientifically researched principles with the end goal being to help athletes reach their optimal performance levels.  All products that we offer are NCAA and/or NSF certified.

Below are the principles we follow:

  2. PRE/POST WORKOUT NUTRITION
  3. CONSUMING A BALANCED AND VARIED DIET THROUGH THE USE OF WHOLE FOODS
  4. EATING CONSISTENTLY TO MEET YOUR ENERGY NEEDS
  5. FOOD FIRST/SUPPLEMENTATION (macro and micro nutrients)
